Interactive Touch-Screen Menu, UX and UI design, project management
Designed, project managed and developed content for a touch-screen interactive menu system for Grand Hyatt DFW, and trained staff on its usage. Designed user interface, project-managed programmers, graphic designers and hotel restaurant staff to secure content, and created graphics for a product called the Virtual Menu System (VMS) that was installed at the Grand Met Restaurant at Hyatt Regency DFW. Wrote a training manual for hotel staff to use to update menu online and trained the Food and Beverage manager and staff on-site in menu updating. Created marketing literature and videos for product to be sold to various other hotel properties. The VMS increased restaurant profits by 18 percent and became the basis of another product, the Virtual Sales Tool.
